The Services may integrate with or link to third-party platforms. Telemetrix is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party providers and disclaims liability arising from your interaction with them.
We strive to maintain reliable Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance, updates, or unforeseen outages may affect availability.
The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Telemetrix does not warrant accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content or data accessed through the Services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Telemetrix shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising out of or related to use of the Services.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Telemetrix and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
Telemetrix may suspend or terminate access to the Services for suspected violations of these Terms, legal obligations, or security concerns. Upon termination, rights granted to you under these Terms cease immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located within Delaware jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by law.
Telemetrix may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the revision date. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
